Order processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another notification when it has shipped.

Shipping destinations

Utsukushii currently ships within Canada and to the United States.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracked shipping is selected or included, tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient. Utsukushii is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Address accuracy

Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at utsukushiijewellery@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Delays, lost or damaged packages

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbours and the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at utsukushiijewellery@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist you.
