Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible necklaces and bracelets. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene reasons, all earrings and ear cuffs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.

To request a return, email us at utsukushiijewellery@gmail.com before sending your item. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Utsukushii is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at utsukushiijewellery@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and make it right. If the issue is confirmed, Utsukushii will cover the return or replacement shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different eligible item, please request a return and place a new order after your return has been approved.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
